COLIN DALY
Group Chief Executive Officer
Colin possesses over 35 years of international leadership and business experience, across varied industries and market channels.
He joined IMG Mcraes Global in November 2021 adding industrial engineering to a career that had already seen successful leadership roles in retail, wholesale, and service-based organisations.
He is excited to lead IMG Mcraes Global into its next 20 years and he believes his customer focus, values-driven approach, and love of all things “team” will drive the business to new levels of success. Colin has a Post-Graduate diploma in strategy and operational management from Auckland Business School, is a chartered member of the Institute of Directors (NZ), and holds two non-executive directorships.
SHELLIE MCENTEE
General Manager – Commercial
Shellie is the General Manager of Commercial and has been with IMG since March 2020. As General Manager of Commercial, Shellie leads and oversees the Finance, IT, Assets, Inventory & Facilities, Estimating and Business Improvement teams.
Former roles including general management, operations and accounting within the construction, medical distribution, aged care, and port logistics industries. Shellie has a strong focus on improving core systems and performance to produce favourable commercial outcomes.
ANDY SKELTON
General Manager – Business Development
Andy has been involved in, managed, or led engineering maintenance operations for 42 years, working in a variety of industries and manufacturing organisations. He has a Post-Grad in business management supported with an honours in Mining Mechanical Engineering.
Andy has been involved with IMG since 2010 working in a variety of positions as the business has grown and evolved. Proactive Engineering maintenance and innovative solutions are the drive that supports Andy’s added value to all of our stakeholders.
SHARON GERBER
General Manager – People, Safety & Quality
Sharon passionately heads up the People, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Department at IMG. She has over 15 years HSEQ experience in various industries including steel manufacturing, construction, and mining. Sharon and her family emigrated to New Zealand in 2019 where she took up a HSEQ management role at Auckland Cranes before joining IMG Mcraes Global.
By applying a systematic risk-based approach in identifying and managing strategic and operational risks, she has been able to successfully implement strategies and risk management frameworks within complex businesses. Sharon completed a bachelor’s degree in Safety Management and has since also advanced her studies in Occupational Health and Risk Management and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management.

At IMG, our strength lies in our workforce of approximately 220 permanent staff, delivering Hydraulic, Mechanical, and Engineering services to renowned companies spanning primary and secondary industries. Our 6,000m2 comprehensive workshop facilities in East Tamaki, Auckland and Rotorua have been meticulously designed to cater to heavy industry maintenance and manufacturing needs, specialising in machining, fabrication, certified welding, and innovative design, particularly focused on high-temperature alloys crucial to servicing the steel industry.
